My friend's band is on MySpace, and he has some songs up. When I try to play them, I see the equalizer moving but there's no sound (and yes, the volume is on!). He and others are able to hear the music. This happens to me with other music pages on MySpace, too. It looks like it is playing, but I can't hear anything. I AM able to hear music on most MySpace pages, though. Why does this happen?

It's because Tom over there at MYSPACE is too cheap to pay for enough bandwidth to handle the volume of members.

because myspace is fu**ing retarded....if your friend really wants to get his music out there and have it heard, tell him to check out PureVolume....it's amazing for bands and anytime I find a band on myspace or anywhere for that matter, I look them up on pureVolume and I always get it to play....plus, while you're listening to one song, it starts loading the one after it, so you can just keep on listening....PUREVOLUME ROCKS!!!!
