Power Wheels 6V Battery Charger?

where can I find / order / purchase a charger for this battery? The Fisher Price Website directs me to my local WalMart or Toys R Us.......which both tell me they never carry them and have no idea where I might find one. Aside from Ebay ( had a bad experience ) , can anyone tell me where I might locate one......?????

I have seen those chargers and batteries at every Wal-Mart I have been in. They are usually on an end cap in the bicycle section.

Or go to walmart.com and order online.

You have two options mate: 1.simple way out: get one of those small LED rechargable lamps. Powerful and throw an accurate beam. Should cost you 20$. Get a clamp and you are done. Since the lamp lasts about 12 hrs on avg, you can simply detach it and charge it off the wall socket. 2.If you are keen on charging it in the bike, get a 12V battery lamp with lithium ion batteries. Its will cost around 30$. Get a clamp as well. You have to read the ratings on the battery and accordingly, you have to make sure that it charges properly by using the correct resistance and diode. If the battery is 1AH, then you have to put in a 1K resistor and a IN4007 Diode to get the correct rating. Change resistance according to rating. If .5AH is battery rating, use 2K and if 2AH, use 500ohm resistance and so on. Hope this helps.
