Actually there is RAT CHOW in CHINA....it is sold in the Chinese wal-mart stores ( now numbering over 200 ) in CHINA.The Chinese people just had "the year of the RAT" this new years is under the sign of the DOG.. Chinese also eat RAT....it is the same flavor and texture as SQUIRREL...IN MY TRAVELS i experienced many different meats in ASIA....they eat anything that moves and have ways of cooking all meats...this is the reason you never see ROAD KILL in asia.

Lol because most cats just kill and play with the mouse/rat. plus it would be very complicated to get that flavor in a piece of hard cat food.

Probably because we humans find chicken, tuna, and other fish flavors appetizing. Rats conjure images of disease and filth, and many cat owners would rather purchase the "high class" flavors.

Ha ha, that's actually a good question. I'm sure it's just because cat owners prefer saying "My cat eats Tuna Filet" to "I feed my cat Rat-Flavored Whiskas"!!

How do you know there isn't? My cat says rat tastes like chicken--there you go.
