You don't need to move OE itself because you'll have the application on the new machine, but to move all your mails and contacts to the new machine follow this process:

On the computer already set with Outlook go into Outlook Express go to tools>accounts> click on the mail tab> click on your mail account>click properties. Write down all information that shows under each tab, making sure to check what is under the setting or advanced buttons. Then on the computer you are setting the account up on go into Outlook Express >toolls>accounts>click on the mail tab>add
then enter all the information you wrote down from the other computer and it will be setup.
The mail you already have in OutLook Express will not transfer to the one you are trying to setup, if you want that mail to come to the new one you are setting up then on the computer that is setup already you need to go to Outlook Express>tools>acounts>click on mail tab and highlight your mail>click on properties>click on the advanced tab and check leave on server and delete when deleted from deleted itemd folder> click apply. That way when you get the other set up any mail you wanted to keep will still be on the server and download to the other account once you get it setup.

Your outlook express info is contained in a pst file. Do a search for "*.pst" on your c: drive. Copy the pst file to the new computer. Then, when you set up outlook express on the new one, point to the already-existing pst file.
Simple.

That csv report can actual be imported into yet another digital mail rogram. operating example, I switched over my Outlook educate addresses right into a csv report and effectively positioned each and each and every of the addresses into my Yahoo Mail. The textual content report can merely be functional when you're waiting to manually insert each and each and every of the addresses into your digital mail application.

Write it down and then open the other email site you want to save it in and save it...
OR
Email it to yourself.....If you have a hotmail account (lets say that is your outlook address) email yourself (at the other email site, say yahoo) and then add it to that address book...
