When my points hit 3,000 why does yahoo revert back to 2,000; removing a thousand points?

At 3,000 my score was turned back to 2,000.  Repeated messages to Yahoo have received no response.  Humans seem to no longer be involved in anything; just non-thinking machines.  VIVA LA TERMINATOR

that's what really happenned?!?! I'm working so hard to get to that 3000 points. I feel so sorry for you. Help me get the 10 points so I can get there sooner and see for myself.
