If divorce didn't exist, just wasn't an option what do you think would happen to the marriage rate?

Do you think people would just live together and never get married? Or do you think there would be an increase in suspicious deaths of spouses? LOL.

Whats the deal with that "Gina" person's answer???? WTF was THAT suppossed to mean?? LOL!!!!

Good question, Dappersmom..........my answer would be that I feel more people would think more seriously about what it is they were REALLY getting themselves into. I think you would see more marriage and pre-marriage seminars going on..stuff like that. In short, I think marriage would be taken more seriously, couples would work harder to make it work...etc.........

A lot of people like my husband & I would have to go to counselling and work things our... or why did we get married in the first place not for better or worse till death do us part.

I think the marriage rate would plumet. Everyone claims they want forever yet they like the option of divorce if things go south.

People would just cheat and stay in unhappy marriages. Maybe polygamy would become legal! Who knows.

death toll would be way up! i would never think of marriage if it wasnt for divorce...you always need an exit just in case...
