Highlight the rows,from the left side, (the acual numbers), then right click, click on "insert" and then how ever many you highlighted will be doubled.

You can make a macro to do this- I've done it in the past. Put your cursor in the 1st cell, click macros and create, insert a row and move to the next line, then stop the macro. Create a shortcut if you wish, or if you know some VB coding make it run until it hits a blank line.

this may artwork assuming Excel does not have a equipped in function to do it. In an unused column positioned sequential numbers for use to go back the sequence on the top. In yet another column positioned one million and then 2. Propagate it down so that you've one million,2,one million,2,one million,2...... Now type the sheet on the single million and a pair of column and one yet another row will be grouped mutually. Do the formatting. hotel utilising the sequential variety column. eliminate both columns. ?

on the row's in ur spread sheet... try right clicking on where u want a blank row

I don't think that Excel functions only can do that for you! You have to get the assistance from VB code! good luck!
