I was bit by a tick, and have had a blood test for lyme disease. Does anyone know how long it will take?

I would agree with the week long wait.
But, the time frame from when you got bit to when the test was is important. I was bit and developed the bulls eye rash, but was told by my doctor that the Lyme titer in my blood work would take sometime to show up. So a blood test immediately after getting bit is pretty useless....Show more
