Having kids. Totally changed my outlook on life. Almost everything that was relevant to me took on a completely diiferent meaning.

When I was about 14 I decided to go with a group from my high school on a short term exchange program to Spain. For three weeks, I lived with a host family, including a host brother and sister whom I accompanied to school there, etc.
Living as a part of another culture changed the way I look at myself, my country, and the world. It was an incredible experience and one I wish everyone would have the opportunity to experience.

i always wondered why i'm the way i am. the summer after i graduated from high school i met someone at the beach, was a real weird thing to as i don't often go to the beach by myself. anyways we started talking as we were like right next to each other and i don't know how the conversation got to what kind of personality we had and all but she started telling me things about myself that were like whoa, how do you know that. well anyways to try and end this, she told me about D/s and how a submissive person needs a dominant person to complete them self and vice versus and we talked the afternoon away and it really changed me a lot and got me to know myself and allow myself to actually grow in a direction that kept making me feel better about myself cuz i could finally understand why i am the way i am and do the things i do.
anyhow that's my big experience in how i learned to view my world.

i took some acid and bugged out hardcore and started to veiw life in a whole different manner than anyone else
every since then i see the world in a diffeent light than others
thats probably why people say that im unique

Traveling to Europe. I realized that not everywhere is like Canada, and there are better ways of doing things. And I learned how awesome it is to be Canadian. I never felt proud of my country until I went somewhere else!
