Would you like to have the option to block certain users who repeatedly ask stupid or rude questions?

So you just wouldn't have to see their crap on your list of questions? I think it would be a GREAT option!

Hey broken..I didn't say anything about answers I said QUESTIONS! I answer in family and relationships and we have several people there that post dozens of ignorant questions over and over again every single day, I would rather not see them. Maybe you should actually read the question before posting your answer LOL!

Yes I would like the option to block certain users, same as we have with Instant Messenger. I don't think you were asking that YAHOO block the users from asking questions...I think you asked if we, as individual users, could block people so WE wouldn't have to see their questions. I am in total agreement with that. So...those lonely people could still post inane questions while we, as users, could control what we see (or don't see, in this case). I like it. Maybe Yahoo will provide that at some point in the future.

It initially sounds like a great idea, but some people are very lonely and don't have much of a life. This is a forum where they have a voice. AND, do you really want to introduce censorship to what you see? I don't.

I can't emphasize more how I hate coming here and seeing both stupid, ignorant questions, and extremely rude answers. If we're here to be helpful by answering questions why can't it be done tastefully?

NO You are in a public place asking questions, you take everything you get! If you don't want to hear the answers, DON'T ASK!!
