Are any of you out there, savvy financiers. I am looking for someone that does this professionally.?

I am interested in corresponding with someone who doesn't work specifically for one company, and only try to sell their funds. I like to move my money around into specific sectors, according to the news-driven stock market. I need to work with someone who actually works with the stock market, like a hedge fund manager.

People who do this professionally get paid to do this. That's what makes them professionals. If they do this for free for you, that would make them an 'amateur' financier. Hedge Fund Managers typically would charge you 2% of your assets per year plus a 20% performance fee, and would not specifically manager your money, but would rather lump it in with the rest of their clients.

Most studies have suggested that news-driven sector investment loses money relative to buy and hold in the long run. If anything, you should be shifting to ignored and out of favour sectors.
