Yes, there is a way to legally download MS Office from the Internet. If you are a developer and pay for the subscription for Microsoft Developer Network (http://msdn.microsoft.com/). You will be able to access a lot of applications, including their beta version software for testing purposes.
However, if you are asking how to illegally download that, Yahoo Answers is not the place for this kind of question.

No, you can't.
Microsoft offer an online test drive - http://www.microsoft.com/office/trial/default.mspx - but to get a full version of the software you will need to buy it from a software vendor.
You can purchase it online but will then have to wait for delivery - much quicker to go to your local computer store.
The full Office software is two CD-Roms - and that's one heck of a big download.
