How do I get the little hearts next to my ID name?

Check out the character map in windows off of the start menu.  It will give you the Alt+9033 command that will make a heart.  That set of numbers it just a example.  You press down alt then press a array of numbers on the number pad on the right of the keyboard.  alt+25252 will make a ñ
