Why does Yahoo answers keep changing their layout?

I start to get used to it and BAM it's changed. It's not like it is hard to understand, just annoying.
PLUS... why is it now that when I start to answer a question that has already been answered, if that answer has a thumbs down, it won't show it to me?!!! what? I know that happens if I give a thumbs down, but why is it doing it now, randomly?
GRRRR. i was having such a good night.

OMG... i just went to send this, and now I have to do a whole 3rd step "categorizing" instead of it being easy on the same page???

Haven't you ever heard or realized that the only thing constant in life is change? I am sure they are responding to a lot of input from people like us about how to make Yahoo! better. They are a service and we should be glad they keep improving it instead of sticking with what doesn't work. Change says they are open to new ideas.

Yahoo is upgrading right now, Polls and surverys was the first to go, now sometimes you click, you get the new updated answers and some servers still have the old version.

I know. I hate it when they do this, all it does is make life harder for us. It also buggers up my computer and sometimes it doesn't let me go where I want to go. Curse the fools who came up with this crap!!!
