hi i need to bake a cake quickly and the easiest way possible.I was thinking of a recipe where everything is mixed together(no box cakes please)and baked. only problem i dont have baking powder only baking soda and would prefer not too many eggs. Is this possible thank for you help

You can sub baking soda for baking powder. If you happen to have cream of tartar you can make baking powder(2parts to 1part), otherwise just sub baking soda (I use about 3/4 of the amount) and add something acidic (a couple of drop of vinegar or lemon juice.
