Which cellular plan offers unlimited nights and weekend calls to PR?

I had Verizon prepaid plan for a year, and i called Puerto Rico every weekend and nights with no extra charges, now I cant because supposedly PR is not included in the plan. Puerto Rico is a territory of US, it's not international. What plan includes unlimited weekends and nights calls to PR?

Sprint has the fair and flexible plans that includes that for free and nights at 7 is included too.
