How to get photo ablum to show on my 360 page?
I selected share photos have it for public view but one can see it.
meant nobody can see it.

Check the 360 setting for the album. It should be set to public.
Go to Yahoo Photos
Click on "Edit" then on "Edit Album"
Set for "Public" then save if asked.
I hope this fixes it.
