Can anybody give me the phone number of the person in Yahoo that is responsible for Yahoogroups or a mailing address

I have tried e-mailing but getting no result

Is there an office address of the people responsible for Yahoogroups that I can visit?

My problem is beyond those simple ones solved by HELP and I am sick of robotic canned replies

My problem is due to a serious BUG in Yahoogroups software
