No... They have their sex scenes but they only show kissing. Then they start undressing and it changes scences. However, one episode did get pretty racy.

Smallville is a family show. It isn't a porn show. You ought to watch it sometime. Start with the first episode though or it won't make sense.

I only see Smallville on occasion, though I'm a huge fan of the Superman mythos. The show is definitely geared for a younger, hormone-enraged, Abercrombie audience, but of the episodes I've seen, nothing's been explicit. However, I did see a purported episode clip on the internet of what was supposed to be Clark and Lana(?) going skinny-dipping, and I definitely saw more than I thought would be on broadcast television (outside of NYPD Blue).
I'm glad to hear there are discerning viewers out there, not only of the so-called "explicit," but also of the implied. Superman and the rest of our heroes definitely are not who they used to be.

Those are obviously lies. they wouldn't show smallville on the WB or on ABC if it were. what your freind watched was probably not smallville but some cheap porno that he bought at the corner store.
