I am looking for a skit that has a loony therapist and a patient named Ms.Apple bottom in it?

I am on a forensics (competitive drama) team and i saw a really good piece that included a loony psychiatrist that had a patient named Ms.Applebottom and he kept giving her bad advice do you know wear i can find this skit.Now that I think about it I think that the psychiatrist had an assistant that he was teaching the tricks of the trade to.
