NO!!!!!!!! I am sure you will get all kinds of great ones on here!!! From dumping Ivermectin on it to the "motor oil" treatment.
GO TO THE VET, or take the cat to a shelter so it can be treated or euthanized. Now is not the time to be cheap!!!!!!

Hi there...unfortunately there isn't any way to treat notoedric mange other than medically. It's best to not self-treat as this could become more problematic later.

There are several options on how to best treat notoedric mange such as shaving the cats fur then treated with lime sulfur baths or Amitraz dips, injection of Ivermectin, or a topical treatment of Selamectin, etc.

no cats are very suseptable to various reactions to over the counter meds. you should have the cat properly diagnosed by a vet and have them treat it accordingly. most cats do not get mange, are you sure it's not fleas or ringworm? if you treat the wrong thing if you're not sure, then you could make matters worse.
