I love God for what he does for us are there any reasons not to love him?
I ask because so many people try to prove him false by bringing science into this.

is better not to believe in his existence than to be someone who believes in him, and hate him anyway
but is even better to believe and love him

There is a reason not to love him both for atheists and people who belong to other religions. However there is no reason for those who believe. The question of religion and science is eternal, because if the hole world believe in one of them, then no one will have the fun of discussing. There is nothing bad in this. However sometimes a person can be affected by both science or religion too much. I agree: There are too many people who blindly believe only in the proved facts, but there are not less people who blindly believe in God, so that they can't see definite things. Personally I do believe in God, but I do not refer pure scientific facts to anything unnatural. There has to be harmony everywhere.

Christians always see the glass half full. I was a christian at one time. I do not agree with religion anymore. It is like a cult and churches are a bit scary in my opinion. If God is real then I suppose he has taken part in some good things in my life. But there are alot of bad things that has happened as well that I personally hold him accountable for. Because if he is the creater of all and can do anything, why didn't he answer my prayers and intervene? When you see the light you will understand as well.

There is no reason not to love him. I agree scientists try to bring in many factors to prove him to be false.

There are no reasons not to love God. He has created all that is good and positive around us. At one time, even the negative, evil, atheists were positive. Unfortunately, Satan intervened and damaged thier attitudes, tainting their outlook and words and let them walk around "spreading weeds in our garden".
Well, we know what God commanded the farmer to do with the weeds (chaff) that he pulled out of the harvest...he ordered the weeds to be seperated from the wheat and burned!
