Generally they won't. "24" has now reached such status or high profile, if you wish, that the revenue from 20 million viewers will not require further "viewer bonuses" such as repeats.
Programs like "60 minutes" for example has NEVER ever offered a repeat, but "Sat Night Live" and others have had to do so to stimulate viewership.
"24 2007" however will be available on NetFlix or from yor video store next year.
Did you happen to miss the 4 episodes? If so I would be glad to lend you mine which I taped. At no charge of course.

You can get the first 4 hours today on DVD along with a preview for the rest of the season. Its about ten bucks at Best Buy or Circuit City.
