Career Advice? What is the next step?

I've been in the insurance industry (In Florida) since 1996 when I graduated high school. I'm heading for a nervous breakdown. I know this isn't what I was cut out for. I am creative, funny, smart, ambitious and have GREAT ideas. But I do not have the knowledge to take the next step...what should I do to seek a new career? I am so lost!

I would start with a temp agency. They will be able to match your skill sets to a job that would be right for you. Most of them are temp-to-perm placement also, so you would work under the temp agency for about 90 days, then get hired on by the company if they see a fit.
