I used to have da same problem, tree squires in my attic. Dey just seemed to show up from nowhere one day and for about tree months I couldn't think of how ta get rid of 'em. Den I read about this squire Sancho Panza and all he wants is to be guv'ner of some island. So I give each of dem an island off da coast of South America...next ting I know, no more squires in my attic. Good luck!

Find the hole where they are coming in.
It could be the attic vent at the end of your roof.
On a warm day they would probably not be in your attic, but outside. Then close up the hole.
You also could bait them out possibly.
Worse case situation. Rat poison in peanut butter rolled in peanuts.
Then when they do out for water it gets them.

After you close up the holes where the squirrels are entering the attic, then you can spread lots of moth balls all over the attic floor. Moth balls are not expensive and can be bought at dollar stores.

Hopefully you meant squirrels or I'm going to look like a right plank by answering lol! Firstly, I sympathise because I have had squirrels breeding in my loft. As they are not vermin the council would not remove them and its against the law to poison them (I wouldn't want to do that anyway!). I eventually sought advice from the RSPCA and they said they do not like noise or light so i put a torch up there and a battery oprated radio and left them to do the job - yes it worked!!!!! Cruelty free eviction!!

You should be delighted to have such distinguished people as squires in your attic. Invite them down for a cup of tea.
