You'll need a background file that's around 1200 x 2000. You may need to resize the picture, you can use this website or if you have a picture editing software with resizing capability: http://www.resizeimage.4u2ges.com/

Open your picture in whatever program you use to edit pictures and resize it until you get the effect that you want.  It will take several tries until you get what you want.
