I'm 31, and working in an advertising agency... this job is really a nice one... but, i'd like to be more than that! Now... anybody has an idea, any proposal will do... I never went to university, had no professionnal formation... ? HELP!! the funny thing is that i'm good at what i'm doing right now, and I enjoy it, but this is not enough...........

Sounds like you are good at sales. I don't know what you mean by "not enough", but maybe you should do some research and find out if you can work somewhere that pays a higher commission. If you are honestly good at what you do, you just need to work somewhere where you can make more money per transaction. There are a lot of variables to consider though. I wouldn't worry about not having any college experience, I would focus on the fact that you provide results to your employer (during any interviews). Which brings to mind, you should just apply/interview with other companies and see if there's a greener side of the fence. JUst make sure to tell prospects that your current employer doesn't know that you are looking for other work so they don't call them as a reference until you are willing to commit to something.
