Question about www.petfooddirect.com?

I ordered some Innova Small breed puppy food for my pup and some Innove Evo for my adult Chi. I ordered it on Monday, and I still haven't received the shipping confirmation. They say it ships within 3-5 business days, and it has already been 4 business days. I cannot find it in any local stores, that is why I ordered it. I am getting my puppy on Monday and I really want to have the food for when he gets here...I don't want to have to go to town to get some cheap crap to feed him and waste my money on. I have already e-mailed them about this. And I am waiting to get e-mailed back.  So, my question is...How many of you have used petfooddirect? And how long did it take for your order to ship?

I responded to your other question and thought I might offer some help here too.

I've never used petfooddirect before but you can order Innova directly from the company.  They will ship it to you.  I'm not sure what the prices are like for shipping but I would think (or hope) that it would be cheaper.

You can't order online but you can call their customer service number to arrange delivery.  1-408-261-0770 or toll free 1-800-532-7261.

I hope this helps.  I would allow this other company a day or two to see if it shows up.  That's really the only down fall of order things online...there are so many factors that can influence the delivery getting to you on time.
