where can i se the coming concerts and events in Shibuya? where do i buy or book tickets?

I`m interested in buying tickets for a visual Key concert, but i dont know where i can see the upcoming events. I`ve saw that many groups like Dir En Grey have played in shibuya, but dont know exactly where. Please help.

Tokyo Notice Board or any English Magazine that is distributed around Tokyo.. they have list of this concerts or events or visit library..there are many resources and information you can get.. Some department store has concert tickets on sale..
not living in Tokyo now, but those were the places I looked up when I was there.
