Any of the new Ikea ads... they even show a gay couple with a child (black & asian man w/daughter). Try searching for them on youTube.

How about the "old classic" Coke Commercial 1971 where they feature "I'd like to teach the world to sing, in perfect harmony".
That was multi-ethnic and is probably archived on the web somewhere.
