Can anyone tell me a good website for eye surgeries?

I have had a cornea transplant and now I need to have a lens
put in my eye.I would like to find out what they will do and how it will be done.Can someone tell me how long it might be before I will be able to see again?My transplant was 16 months
ago and I had the stitches removed yesterday.I would be very
thankful for any information.
