ok im 17 and Ive had guys that are 24 and older that like me, and are open about it. they even talk to my mom about it and ask her questions about me. What does this mean? do they really like me or just want to have sex?

probably a bit of both, its morally wrong really but some girls look a lot older than they are hence the fact that older guys are attracted to them. A lot of guys like 29 and stuff go out with school girls and stuff, from what Ive heard, so basically they're just taking advantage and obviously cant get a girlfriend their own age. In your case whoever those guys are think that you are sexy and the thought of having sex with you would have definitely crossed their mind, but most of them should know better. Like have a glance realize that you are some sexy young female and keep on walking. Having said all that some relationships work out really well when the guy is older or the female is older but there should be a barrier that older guys don't try to go out with school girls its kinda wrong really. If you feel intimidated by them tell someone about it so they leave you alone, but if your curious about them i suggest to be very careful cause they will want sex and to brag to all their mates on how they "did" this young chick, its just how guys think, well not all of them but the majority so be careful please, i wander if that helps at all?

It's weird that if your 17 and associating with 24 year olds.  

The only time i've really seen that happen is when they're like family friends, or the mom knows their moms and is setting her daughter up because she knows the young men.
