What will I do to fix this problem: There is no DVD/RW icon on the My Computer menu?

When I click the properties of the My Computer, I click the properties of my dvd, the message error is: A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality. (Code 32)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device. But When i click the troubleshoot tab, nothing appears. What is the possible problem on this hardware and how can I solve it?

Uninstall your driver and Insert your DVD rom CD and install the driver again. if this doesn't help you have to change your ROM. This problem occur to me also i changed my ROM
