I have had a grapefruit tree for over 2 years. The leaves are growing and everything else is growing, but the grapefruits aren't. Why is this? Our grape vines are growing just fine, and we live in Arizona. Grape vines aren't usually found in AZ and Grapefruits are. What am I doing wrong?

I believe that it takes 5 yrs of tree growth to produce the grapefruit ask at home depot or lowes
If you started your tree from seed it will take between 5-15 years to start producing fruit, if it will at all, some never do. If you purchased your tree, ask at the place you bought it from.
You only have one tree? If multiples, are they mixed? Plants have male and female varieties just like animals. They need both to pollenate and produce. If you aren't getting fruit, pardon the pun, your tree isn't getting any.
