I would say yes, LOOK AT THIS PIC: http://www.hopeforfibroids.org/images/Large%20Abdomen%20Fig.%202_small_small.png its a FIBROID and to the person who said it was obesity, you are plainly an idiot. Your skin appears to be tight and firm, and from the looks of it, you appear to be in a healthy weight. If you are not pregnant, you may have an underlying problem. I know it sucks to hear bad news, but its better to find out a solution than to worry. I just scheduled an appointment less than 10 minutes ago (hence why Im looking up fibroid tumors online) to have my fibroid tumor removed. My tumor is in my uterus and is the sice of an apple. its gross. below is a link that discribes how uterine fibroids may make a woman look pregnant. Good luck to you. http://www.rsna.org/Publications/rsnanews/june06/uterine_june06.cfm

You look very pregnant. If you are not pregnant then you need to see your doctor as you need medical treatment. There are many conditions that can cause this, no one here can give you a correct diagnosis on the internet. For your own health please see a doctor asap. I do not think it's obesity, it looks hard and firm, not like fat.

It is possible it's a 'false' pregnancy, which is where your body believes you are pregnant but your not. There are many different intestenial diseases that can cause such distension. Or the possibility of huge fibroids that can cause the abdomen to extend in such a way (my mother had several fibroids the size of grapefruit). It can also happen during menopause in extreme cases of hormonal imbalance.

It's better to get checked than to be sorry you weren't treated earlier. I wish you the best.

It really depends on how you were standing at the time. If this was your normal relaxed pose then you do a little my dear. You do not say if this is a gradual thing or if it is something that only happens in the evenings or how phsically fit you are normally. If you have tried to do something about it and its not working that might indicate there is another cause for your shape.
There are many things that can cause you to look like this from simple bowel bloating to ovarian cysts, fibroid uterus or prolases. I strongly suggest that you take a trip to you GP and get his opinion and advice. The general rule in health care is that if you are unhappy and feel that there is something wrong then you should seek advice from a trained professional. I had a swollen belly for a couple of years and nothing I could do would get rid of it, eventually I went to the DR's and he sent me for a scan, it turned out to be an ovarian cyst and after removal my stomach was flat again. Nothing should be left to chance as far as your health is concerned. I hope it all works out for you.. :-)

I don't want to scare you, and I'm sure this is not the same thing, but my father-in-law looked like this. He thought it was regular weight gain due to lack of exercise in the winter. He actually had a massive tumor. It was cancerous, but easily removed. He's back to driving me crazy now, but it was a scary couple of weeks. Anyway, if you think there's something wrong, see you doctor. Go now!

Yes, you do, but it's hard to tell without seeing the rest of you, behind and arms specifically. Most heavy women look pregnant when they really aren't. Do you think you are because of unprotected sex or missed periods? You should know...
