i found this information on source site below...this painting can be confused with another paniting he did called " around the corner"... i am an avid wyeth fan..
Original fine art print on water color paper of Andrew Wyeth's 1953 water color and dry brush painting "The Corner". The subject matter is the remains of Mother Archie's Church at the corner of Ring and Bullock Roads in Chadds Ford, PA. The original painting is owned by the Wilmington Society of Fine Arts in Delaware. This fine print was published by the Art in America in 1962 as one of twelve different images reproduced for the "Four Seasons Portfolio". We are told by a gallery specializing in Wyeth prints that this is the only authorized print publication of this work, but the number of prints published is unknown.
Probably the best place to look is www.askart.com The alphabetical listing of artists is sure to have him. That will give you a lot of information about buyers/sellers and galleries. Perhaps Phelps is mentioned there. Good luck.
