I am running Vista. I am trying to set up Windows Mail, so that I can use it for my web site E-mail.?

I got a Free Website offer from Microsoft. I am setting it up for a buisness. I have Windows Mail that came with Vista, and I have no idea of what to set the account up on. What I need is step by step instructions, so I can use that program.
I am not sure POP3, IMAP,STMP.
I would appreciate your help.

Generally speaking, go to the web site that you signed up for a domain. They will have tutorials there on how to setup Windows Mail to work with their email server.

If they don't, call or email them and they'll help you.
