Some times the auto makers will put fusible links into the wire. Get an ohm meter and check for continuity

You should hear it run when the ignition is turned on.
If you do then the problem is in the fuel pump shut off, which was tied into the MAF on earlier models. Don't know about the 94's.
There is also a relay involved, and the ignition switch as well as the fuse.

Most of these have an accident fuel cutoff module somewhere in the car, that is between the fuses and the fuel pump, they usually have a plug in to them and a reset button somewhere on them. About the size of a pack of cigarettes.

You probably need a fuel pump. Common for those cars. It sucks because you have to remove the fuel tank. Find a service manual / wiring diagram and check for power and any open / short circuits first.

there should be a relay located under the hood in the fuse box called "cicuit relay" or fuel pump. check that relay. they have gone bad from time 2 time.
