Anyone have any GOOD reciepes for a 12 pound turkey on the rotessierie? Want to grill it tonight for dinner (4/24/07). Also how long to cook it. Thanks. It's 1:50pm. Appreciate your input.

If you had more time I would suggest brining your turkey over night. However since you are in a time crunch I would season the entire bird (inside and out) with salt pepper and any herbs you have on hand. (ie parsley, thyme, sage) Then add the turkey to your grill it usually takes about 15 minutes per pound so plan ahead and have your side dishes timed accordingly. good luck.
