You don't. They order it, but it doesn't mean he has to pay it. He will just end up going to jail. My uncle owed $33,000 back child support, and he ended up signing his rights off as a parent to avoid jail and further payment. That was in PA. Don't know where you are at, but there's nothing you can do to get the money. If he's not willing to pay then that's it. Jail. Garnishing wages is pretty far fetched, it usually doesn't come to that. And he can just get an under the table job to avoid it.

Call your caseworker thru Child Support Enforcement and ask for a warrant to be issued for his arrest. When he goes to jail, he will have to post bond and that money will go towards the unpaid balance. Don't expect too much though.
