when you buy a radar detector online (just bought a Cobra from Circuit City) do they come with the thing to hook it to your windshield??

Yes, cobra radar detectors come new with everything you need..

It depends from a product to another. I bought a cheap radar detector , which did not came up with anything to mount on the dashboard or windshield.

if its new it should if not new it might not the last 2 i bought had all the stuff also be-wear it might be illegal where u r at
