If you have a "common name" that is a famous namesake, are you automatically able to make a profit?

Tom Jones Hotel / Bed and Breakfast?....
Steve Martin Dance Club?
Ted Williams Steakhouse?

Would you take advantage of someone elses progress?

Really?? plagerism of my own name? How can they justify if my name is Tomasina Jones, and I go by Tom? Do I lose all rights because someone before me sang some songs that made the charts? How is that fair? I admit it is unusual.. but still.

Dear Craptacular Wonderment,

I find your question rather intriguing, as your name is anything but common!!

Your name reflects the light of your soul, and inspires joy. :)

With a name like this, you are fated to succeed in anything you decide to do in your life!!

Allow me to wish you the best of luck!!

Sincerely,

Moon :)

Yes, you may use "Aunty Anns' Cafe", "Papa Joes' Hotdog,"
"Old Kids' Play Station etc. All these are easily identified by the masses in the neighbourhood.
