SAP is a Business Software that was designed in Germany. According to most of the users that I have talked to, the actual person who must deal with its complexity is a real unhappy camper. Does anyone out there like it? Is it productive?

I've no personal experience of this software suite, but I do know there are loads of companies which use it, so it must be popular. I think they have kind of got a niche market with their HR software and they have built a lot of other Business Intelligence software from this foundation. If I were looking for BI software, I'd probably choose Cognos at this time, but Business Objects would come a close second.
