Go to your settings and click blog and quick comments to public or everyone.Setting for quick comments are above them and set to public.
To read your comments click on blog comments or click on blog at top of your photo and then click on the word comments.

you have to highlight your name and press a then go to edit gamer profile then go to motto and you can change it there.
