no audio output device is installed. this is the message im getting on my toolbar. anyone know what i should do to get sound back? under control settings it says "no installed drivers". im very confused as my sound was working a few days ago. thanks

the same thing happened to me after updating. go to your device manager and roll back the drivers for your soundcard.

Go to the website of your sound card manufacturer. If it's an integrated soundcard, go to the website of your motherboard manufacturer. Download the latest sound card drivers off of that site and reboot.
