I think the whole team is going to be jazzed up and excited with the changes in the coaching staff and schemes. I can't wait!

It sounds like Jones is having problems missing ota's and such but if he doesnt shine he will probably be gone next year, and shinning will be hard to do since Barber is also there. So I will go with Romo for offensive MVP since he is dedicated and motivated and already has a good feel on how to play the game.
Defense wise I will definetly go with Ware he is just an animal and will shine even more this year.

Offense - Tony Romo. Romo will be more familiar with the starting wide outs and tight ends. The same veteran core of receivers will return for this season.
Defense - De Marcus Ware. If Ellis returns 100% and Carpenter continues to improve, Ware will have an easier time getting to the QB.
