D. Vd is basically the volume in the body that the drug goes. So making up some random numbers, lets say Drug A could only stay in the blood, a volume of about 5L. And Drug B could diffuse out of the blood and into the brain/CSF as well, which is about 150ml. So Drug A would be in 5L of volume and Drug B would be in 5L + 150ml. Drug B would therefore have a higher volume of distribution. Hope that helps!
YA isn't about posting your entire set of homework questions to get the answers. It's about finding help when you are truly stuck on something or need further clarification.
I wouldn't want you as my health care practitioner (pharmacist, physician, nurse ... whatever school you are in) if you aren't even going to take the initiative to do your own homework.
Try doing your own homework. I guarantee you'll learn and retain more information that way.
