You are in the best age segment of your life… the period when you contain the maximum possible mental and physical strength…with the most sensitive and vulnerable emotional state of mind… hence it is always better to be busy all the time… that you keep to be… I do appreciate the way you are steering your life in the teens… Consistant engagement of your mind in studies and moving around for school and tuitions you might be feeling exhausted physically and mentally… this is because of the monotonous physical and intellectual activities… and there is no other way also… you will have to do what you are doing right now with the consent of your parents… There are some people who enjoy their solitude whenever they feel exhaustion out of heavy intellectual labor and tiring physical activities… I usually splash water on my face… (Chilled water in summers and warm water in winters)… I do not wipe the water off my face… letting it drip down for some time… then pat a soft towel on my face… then I take some salty snacks and any drink that has a sugar base… tea, coffee, sharbat, shikanjee, milk + maltova etc… whatever… and throw myself on a sofa. deewan or bed on my back stretching out legs and hands… I close my eyes and try to free my mind of any thoughts… 45 minutes to one-hour rest recharges my batteries… and prepare me for the next spell of struggle… Life is not that hard as we feel… it is our thinking that makes it uphill task or a cakewalk…

How about a short nap. What works for me, although it sounds oxymoron, is a good book. Usually a fiction book, because non-fiction sometimes require too much of your mind for understanding.
Get into the habit of exercising your body, which will bring oxygen to your brain. Take a twenty minute walk every day. It does not have to be strenuous...just consistent.
