I don't have a particular verse but you may want to try looking in Song of Songs. Hope I helped! Congrats on getting married!
Ok for Run James Run: thats HORRIBLE!!
Also look at Proverbs 31 starting at verse 10
nuPhyllis!
search some of these wonderful words in proverbs:
The eye that mocketh at his father, and despiseth to obey his mother, the ravens of the valley shall pick it out, and the young eagles shall eat it.--Pr.30:17
He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.--Pr.13:24
Chasten thy son while there is hope, and let not thy soul spare for his crying.--Pr.19:18
I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh.--Pr.1:26
Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.--Pr:22:15
Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty meats.--Pr.23:6
Let her breasts satisfy thee at all times.--Pr.5:19
The blueness of a wound cleanseth away evil: so do stripes the inward parts of the belly.--Pr.20:30
YEAH. What a neat cult book. Inspired by a god? Puh-leez.
If you want some REALLY cool sayings for your wedding, search through the Lord of the Rings novels. There is some truly beautiful stuff there. Or better yet, write something yourself, as if your heart was really in it!!

Grace: I will never leave thee nor forsake thee: Heb 13:5c
Law: I will forsake you, the city, and your fathers: OT God
Mt 22: 36-40 Law Law Loves often fail.
Charity never fails, as greatest of 3 things.
Charity is "above" forgiving one another;
For charity thinketh no evil (law) to forgive.

Remember, AD->only goes one way, unto the end written:
(the end God declared from begin: let there be light[only])
The GRACE(ONLY) of our Lord J->C with you->all. Amen.

Write something yourself. You know, as if you were actually creative. It means a LOT more than some hackneyed, trite piece of someone else's writing that's been read, re-read and over-read millions of times before.

I love to read from The Prophet, by Kahlil Gibran. ( I'm a non-denominational minister)
Beautiful, poignant words that seem to reach across any religious boundaries.
Here's a link; http://leb.net/gibran/works/prophet/prophet.html
hope you like what you find, and congratulations -have a wonderful day!
