It is a breathalizer that when you are legaly drunk shuts off certain people that you would not want to call by accident. Ex's certain services but it would automaticly call one of those taxi's that takes you to your home for free.

Wow, that's totally retarded. Drink a lot and make an *** out of yourself quite often do you? How are you going to attach an effective breathalizer to you phone that doesn't make it the size of an 80's celly? Legally drunk is .08 you maybe can't drive but if you can't handle the responsibility of a phone you have major problems and deserve the embarassment.
